- There is a large selection of CD's, DVD's, Playstation and board games, books etc. to amuse guests of all ages.
- Superb large fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, full cooker, hob, extractor, Bosh fridge-freezer, microwave plus a full compliment of crockery, glasses etc. to cater for all dining occasions.
- An iron, ironing board, toaster, and sandwich maker are provided along with a parasol, flask and cool box for beach use.
- A washing machine is situated in the adjacent roofed utility room.
- There is a travel cot with linen, high chair and an Avent microwave steriliser for any visiting infants.
- All bed linen, bathroom and tea towels will be provided; we just request you bring your own beach/swimming towels.
- A small first aid kit is provided for emergency use only, but does not contain general medications.
- We kindly request guests not to smoke inside the villa.
- Double patio doors, lead out to a large tiled terrace / outdoor dining area.
- Fully tiled bathroom comprising of bath, shower, bidet etc.
- Sun loungers,BBQ and Car parking all enclosed to ensure safety of small children and privacy for our guests.
- There is also a heated communal swimming pool for residents only, just metres away.
